Are the practice questions still available?

Yes. For those of you who have purchased questions in the past, they are still available here: https://markeko.thinkific.com/ You can still purchase all questions at $10 (costs to cover platform); However, I will no longer be providing support or updating the questions. The questions were last updated in June of last year.
